Exchanges & ReturnsWe are sure you will be delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your goods within 7 days for an exchange or full refund.
Returned items must be unused and reach us in perfect re-saleable condition. For hygiene and safety reasons items cannot be returned once the packaging or tags have been removed. All returns must be accompanied by a returns slip and be posted back at your expense. We strongly recommend you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office. The refund will be in the form of the original method of payment.
Should the goods be faulty or damaged please contact us.
We regret that postage, packing and insurance are direct costs and will not be refunded unless the goods are faulty. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels and recommend you obtain proof of posting when returning goods.
You may cancel your order at any time before goods are shipped. These terms and conditions are in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer which remain unaffected. |
